SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
Pool facility is for Association residents and their guests only.
Pool hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Please be considerate and keep noise down to a minimum between 6:00 am and 8:00 am and after 8 pm.
Please make sure the pool gate is closed after you enter or leave the pool area. DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN, as per the Maricopa County Health Code. There is also an alarm on the gate if propped open.
Any person found entering the pool area by any other means except through the gate will be considered a TRESSPASSER and the City of Mesa Police Department will be notified immediately to remove such person. Trespassers may be prosecuted in accordance with ARS 13-1502(A)(1).
Do not give your pool code out, these codes track any activity in the pool area associated with your unit
No one is allowed in pool equipment area at anytime, except repair and maintenance personnel.
Guests must be accompanied by an adult Westbrook Resident at all times. Westbrook residents are responsible for actions of their guests. Children under the age of eighteen (18) must have adult supervision.
Drinks and food must be in non-breakable containers and must be a minimum four (4) feet from the edge of the pool…NO GLASS, as per the Maricopa County Health Code.
Absolutely NO ANIMALS are permitted inside fence pool area, except clearly designated service animals. No animals are allowed in the pool. The Maricopa County Health Department will close down the pool area if evidence of pets or pet hair is found.
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana) and vaping is not allowed in the pool area. Use of alcohol is discouraged.
Proper swimwear only while in the pool (i.e. no jeans, cutoffs, etc.). Children in diapers and incontinent adults must wear plastic pants or swim diapers in the pool.
Stereos and radios are to be kept at a reasonable level. Please respect your fellow Homeowners and turn the down the volume if asked to do so. Do not plug radios or other appliances in electrical outlets in the pool area, extension cords are not allowed.
Trash containers are provided for you to help keep the area clean. Please use them. Pool furniture is to be kept out of the pool and inside the fenced pool area.
No diving, running, or horseplay in the pool area. In addition, no bicycles, skateboards, skates, etc. allowed in the pool area.
NO GRILLS OR BBQ’s OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
All parties need to be considerate of other guest at the pool area.
Proof of residency may be required in the pool area.
No more than 4 guests per household, the pool is for residents, not for birthday, or holiday parties. That is what the clubhouse is for.
Pool codes will be suspended at 31 days overdue.
Excessive pool code use, will be assumed to indicate sharing codes, so plan accordingly. Your code can be suspended.
The Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations have the same binding affect as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Westbrook. All City of Mesa ordinances, the Maricopa County Health Code and all other applicable laws apply.
Violation of the Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations will result in the immediate suspension of pool code and rights to use the facility for a period of 30 days and fines assessed to the account. If you are found violating the pool rules your pool code will be disabled and fines will be assessed to the Owner’s account.
If your HOA account becomes over 30 days past due your pool code will be deactivated until you bring the account current.
For trespassing, safety issues, and any and all other extreme situations the City of Mesa Police Department will be notified and offenders may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
